LANDSCAPE PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dig planting hole to recommended depth.
2. Place suggested number of tablets (refer to chart below) in the upper 2 inches of planting hole. Space the tablets around the perimeter of the rootball approximately 2 inches from the root tips.
3. Finish backfilling the planting hole, pack the soil firmly and water thoroughly.
BALLED AND BURLAPPED OR BAREROOT PLANTS
Use equivalent number of tablets corresponding to the container size as shown in the chart below, or measure caliper, then for each 1/2 inch caliper use two 21-gram tablets.
CONTAINERIZED OR POTTED PLANTS
1. Auger or punch a hole in soil, depending on size of container, for each tablet being used.
2. Space holes equal distance around the plant 2 inches from the container edge, 2 inches deep.
3. Place 1 tablet per hole. Apply numerous tablets, depending on the size of plant, and cover holes.
FOREST OR FRUIT/NUT TREE SEEDLINGS:
Use one 21-gram tablet for each one to two year old seedling. Place tablet two to four inches from the root system. If planting using a dibble bar, place tablet in closing hole.
